Very pleased with microwave and its features including the quickstart function. Using it at a lower level is not ideal because you cannot see all the panel led options . The 385mm height allows it to fit into previous space and fixing screws makes sure it sits securely. The 31 litre volume is excellent and the grill works well especially with the crispy base plate which can heat and crisp a pizza base without any trouble.

Great product, early days yet....does what it says on the can!

Attractive built in microwave, and was easy to fit in the right space of cabinet. The touch buttons works really well, even with wet hands, but you need to touch and hold to activate them (which makes cleaning easier to be fair!). Fingerprints do show up, but easy to wipe down. Has loads of functions, but the instructions are pretty vague, so takes some guess work, especially when trying to work out timings vs a conventional oven. You also have to scroll through a lot functions to get to the one you want, then hit select, then enter the power and time, so a bit long winded, but there is a jet start for 30 second increments of full power microwaving. Cooks things like chicken and sausages faster than a conventional oven though, and is great for reheating cookies and pasties! Overall really pleased with it.

Arrived on time and is as described. It has a wider internal body cavity than our previous AEG (but fits into the same space on external dimensions) it is however shorter than our old one and we needed to fit a spacer to close the gap for cosmetic purposes. On using there seems to be some "stiction" on the plate as it rotates especially if a plate is placed towards the edge of the turntable (slight hesitation and "clunking" as the turntable rotates). We have reused our previous "roller ring" from the old microwave and this seems more robust than the thin triangular roller ring supplied and the turntable turns just fine now.

Very good product, easy to fit (by myself) looks stylish and functions very well. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is its slightly noisier than I anticipated but I haven’t had a built in microwave before so perhaps this isn’t so unusual. Overall would highly recommend

Arrived promptly with minimal excess packaging. Cooks evenly, quietly (even the beeps are quiet) and quickly (on the 1000w mode). The grill mode is excellent. If I had to pick out any issues: - the standard microwave mode defaults to 650w. Why would I want less than 1000 by default? - it is easy to use, but you really have to read the manual to get to that point. It's got an instant 30 second cook, but there's not an obvious way to do that until you've read about it. - the controls are (apart from the dial) all touchscreen, and not especially responsive. This is a niggle, but once you're used to it it's not an issue. I'd definitely recommend it on balance — really well featured and looks the part too.

Easy to use however door hinges at bottom can restrict you taking items out.

it takes getting used to, after having a microwave for 17 years which you just turn a knob and press. quite complicated, but very nice build and looks good!
