When the microwave arrived i thought it looked really nice,i plugged it in and had a look at the manual,everything looked quite simple ,you get a few accessories with the appliance which is quite nice ,it has a cooking guide in the door which is quite handy and helpful as well as the manual.The machine is just as noisy as a regular microwave but that is were the similarity's ended,i think its a wonderful piece of machinery,it does exactly what its supposed to do,in my opinion it cooks everything to perfection,im very happy and i would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

it takes getting used to, after having a microwave for 17 years which you just turn a knob and press. quite complicated, but very nice build and looks good!

Looks very good and matches out Hotpoint pyroltic oven perfectly. Easy to use and has all the functions we need. the grill is basic but is enough for our needs. It's quiet and simple to use.

Very attractive product, let down by noisy operation and temperamental touch buttons. Wouldn’t buy on looks again.

Very impressed by AO. The communication by email and text after ordering on line meant that we had no issues with delivery ensuring we had timely and convenient delivery. Microwave looks good and cuts seamlessly with the Hotpoint Integrated ovens we purchased for our new kitchen.

Bought this together with the matching integrated oven. The appliance is really neat and attractive, loads of cooking options and grill plates etc included. It’s nice a quiet as well with a nice gentle bell when time is up! I haven’t needed to clean yet but can’t imagine that’s going to be a problem! Overall really pleased with this product, as well as the service from AO, second to none as always!
