Looks great...lots of features, grilling, defrosting, re-heating, microwaving and so on. More complicated than my 20 year old one but with time I'll work it all out. Great service from AO. Ordered lunchtime, delivered the very next morning.

Controls a little finicky and non intuitive, however, heating options and plate size are good. Overall a good product with a good cosmetic finish. Note the lower part of the product is black so you are left with a slight black rim at the bottom of the door. This may put some people off.

There's a lot of functionality and it has a good capacity, the reason for four stars instead of five is that it isn't as simple to use as it could be as a microwave, which is it's primary function

Looks really nice and so far seems good. Still learning how to use it as it’s quite complicated. You have to really press the touch pad when selecting what mode and time you need etc. I think you need to really sit down and study the user guide to be able to use it to its full potential, which for me personally is expecting too much. I just want to get on and use it, not read war and peace beforehand.
