These ovens and microwave are stunning. I purchased 2x ovens and the microwave for the new kitchen we have had fitted. The look is so professional and this is down to all three items matching. As far as use they are incredibly easy to use and setup. They get to temperature quickly and cook everything evenly.Both ovens have the clean function but have not had to use yet but feel assured that when I do it will be a great addition. I would highly recommend and the fact they are Hotpoint I know that they are reliable yet easy to fix should I need too.

Really good microwave and the grill setting is very handy, faster and more efficient than the conventional oven one we have. Loads of space inside to fit any size plate, and looks really smart too.

This is an excellent built-in microwave oven, the features available are very clever and useful. The controls are very convenient to use once they become familiar. We particularly like the crisping/browning feature. The front ventilation is an asset, especially when the oven is situated adjacent to other appliances. A great improvement over our previous Hotpoint Microwave.

Excellent product and delivery. Great value. Now have it fitted once you work settings there's nothing this microwave can't do. Would certainly recommend this product. Have purchased previous items from AO.COM and never been disappointed.

I have had several different Hotpoint appliances over the the years and have had good reliable service from their products, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Hotpoint or AO I would say buy with confidence, you won't regret it this is based on my own Hotpoint experience. This product is a sleek good looking appliance that looks good fits in with my modern traditional kitchen,I find photocopying instructions for the new appliance to the inside of the door of a kitchen cabinet close to appliance as I find this helps as a handy reference when first using it until I am familiar with settings and handy for maybe the odd occasional time I may venture to try one of the other programs that the product has . I found the automatic functions for even warming a single container of fluid over complicated , and prefer to use straight forward microwave function , power level and timer to heat foods up over the complicated automatic functions, My only critique would be to all manufacturers in general and not to Hotpoint specifically and not to this this particular product is when designing or updating products try not to over complicate usage , simplicity is best as most people only use one or two of the many programs you dream up, and consider going back to turn knob controls instead of touch pad and annoying beeps where you have to go through entire menu of programs to get back to the one you want. Turning a knob so much easier. But am I pleased with my Hotpoint built in Microwave/grill product yes I am and I look forward to many years service like my Hotpoint main built in oven now 12years old daily usage not a single problem (fingers crossed). I was told my faulty product was obsolete when talking to the manufacturer of my faulty product customer service so I was unable to get it fixed.. And went for Hotpoint based on my other Hotpoint appliances which have given me years of excellent service. thank you. My shopping experience with AO was a pleasure, well laid out website, good product information, ease of ordering ( no over complicated todo), prompt confirmation and delivery by very helpful polite cheerful delivery men even in the pouring rain. Looks really nice and so far seems good. Still learning how to use it as it’s quite complicated. You have to really press the touch pad when selecting what mode and time you need etc. I think you need to really sit down and study the user guide to be able to use it to its full potential, which for me personally is expecting too much. I just want to get on and use it, not read war and peace beforehand.
