Very impressed by AO. The communication by email and text after ordering on line meant that we had no issues with delivery ensuring we had timely and convenient delivery. Microwave looks good and cuts seamlessly with the Hotpoint Integrated ovens we purchased for our new kitchen.

Very attractive product, let down by noisy operation and temperamental touch buttons. Wouldn’t buy on looks again.

This is a fabulous microwave, one of the only few I could find with a pull down front to make life easier. Good looking too.

This a superb microwave of excellent build quality and worth every penny. The fact I can cook sausages and have them browned is awesome. The drop down door is another excellent feature. Well recommended
