Bought this microwave 19 months ago as part of a complete appliance package for our new fitted kitchen. About 8 months ago (just out of warranty) it flashed a door error and would not start. 8 months later and it has got so bad we are going to have to replace it. Considering the price tag this is awful value for money. When I contacted Hotpoint about the faulty Fan oven that I bought at the same time and asked about the microwave I was told each appliance would take a £119 to have an engineer to repair. I will never buy hotpoint products again. Really poor quality.
