This product arrived exactly as delivery schedule. The microwave is all as expected, not yet tried all the functions I particularly like that i can switch off the turntable if required.

This is one of the best microwaves I have ever owned, the hotblast is a added bonus as well !

Absolutely brilliant is probably an understatement for this microwave oven. It does so much more than my previous microwave. The design is beautiful in the black colour I chose. It fits in perfectly with my kitchen, although it may be a little bigger than my previous one I had. I found it fits comfortably on my kitchen work top and due to the drop down door I have found it has not caused any problem with space. The controls are very intuitive and become very easy to learn how to use all the functions. The instruction manual is very helpful too. It would of been nice if Samsung had created some kind of recipe book included to help beginners though. Overall I am very happy with this product and can say once again Samsung has not lete down in anyway. I would definitely recommend this microwave with all its amazing features it has included. 10/10 ????

This combination oven is brilliant, it has so many features, most of which we have already used. Product looks excellent and does cook well as an oven, grill and microwave. Great value for money. An added bonus was that AO provided excellent service and delivery.

Very good product very easy to use with clear instructions. Have used it in most modes with excellent results. Footprint on the worktop quite small, and the turn table is a bonus. Very easy to clean and very quiet in operation.

I have been using this for a few weeks now and just love it!!! WHY didn't I have this in my life sooner. My big oven has been made redundant! I have baked, roasted, microwaved and steamed. The cakes and roasts etc come out well and cook really fast so have to lower the temp abit. Its a great size and we are a family of three but I always cook in bulk and freeze meals to make weekday meals easier. At last I can use my plates and dishes from USA. They are abit larger then Uk size but fit nicely and dont get stuck on the turntable inside. The heat function is great for keeping plates and food warm.
