Good -But when things go wrong BEWARE

I reviewed this microwave on 4/5/20. And gave it four stars Just over one year later on 9/05/21 it shut down power during microwaving... And as of the date of this follow up (5 Dec 2021) despite numerous visits by Samsung appointed engineers and replacement parts it remains faulty. I'm currently waiting for a fourth visit later on this month. I have no regrets using AO and the engineers have been gracious and apologetic. But Samsung Customer Service have been among the worst people to deal with. Difficult to get to speak to anyone of marginal ability to resolve. Adamant that the customer is misusing the appliance and refuses to offer a refund or replacement. We have Been without a fully functioning appliance for over seven months. The details are too numerous to mention which include lengthy calls to their customer service and long wait for parts..i don't intend to buy ANY product made by Samsung in future. And if you are in the market for a microwave do the research on that manufacturers after sales service before buying.

Designed to do everything your oven can do: Samsung MC32K7055CK – Microwave Oven

    5/5
With a 32L capacity & 345mm turntable, this super sleek microwave is more than a match for your conventional oven. Ideal for compact kitchens, larger families and busy foodies, it's rammed full of features and patented Samsung technology to defrost, heat, cook and grill dishes of every variety. Settings such as "Healthy Cooking" & "Slim Fry" (grill + warm air circulation) include some 15 pre-set programs for common dishes such as vegetables, potatoes, seafood and poultry - although you will need to familiarise yourself with the manual to make the most of them. There's even a setting for rising yeast dough or fermenting homemade yoghurt! Otherwise, Hot Blast Technology ("Hot Blast Auto" setting) blows hot air through food to reduce cooking times, and Samsung's Wide Grill provides more consistent heat distribution to allow for more even cooking. Accessories-wise, you get a low and high rack for cooking dishes simultaneously, and also a (genius) Teflon-coated "crusty plate" for browning and crisping off your dishes. Elsewhere on the control panel, there's a child-lock, and eco-mode - making this one of the most energy efficient microwaves I've owned. Aesthetically, I'm loving the drop down door (although this is a fingerprint magnet) and sheer size of the microwave inside - it can accommodate most crockery & cookware, and the turntable can be disabled to allow for squarer dishes. All-in-all, I love it. The build quality is first-rate, and it looks the part in my kitchen. There are weeks I don't use my standard oven at all, so less faffing about with pots & pans, and less work for my dishwasher! It's a cinch to keep clean too. It's five stars from me.

Seems to cook pretty much everything!

A microwave oven that does more than you could imagine! This is my first decent microwave and I was blown away by it, it is big so check if it'll fit in your kitchen before you buy it. It cooks an enormous variety of things, with preset temperatures and times, using a combination of convection heat/ microwave/ grill and fan power producing great results with minimal effort. It comes with a varsatile, teflon-covered 'crusty' plate, which crisps foods from bacon and eggs to pastry, from the bottom as well as top, and otwo wire racks, so you can move food closer to the grill, or cook more than one thing at once. The manual contains tonnes of instructions to cook meat, fish, seafood, vegetables, pastry, cakes (and more) only using this microwave, so don't lose the handbook! It has really taken the pressure off putting loads of things in the oven, and massively reduces cooking time. I love it. Just a couple of negatives though: The clock doesn't keep time, the door has started to make a clunking sound when I open it, and it didn't defrost my chicken (but I put it in a bowl, not a glass plate as instructed). Aside from that, it's very good-looking, easy to clean and a pleasure to use.

There isn't allot to dislike on this microwave the only down side I can honestly think of is getting used to how to use it. Once you have mastered understanding the instructions and how to use it for all your needs then it is superb

never had a microwave that gets this hot on top and sides as this one ( just glad no young children about) --same size as my old one but takes up much more space-- when putting a micro casserole in oven it keeps catching the element which is not flush with the roof ( as my old one ) --controls not good pressing start -keep catching other controls and if you catch dial button on passing reverts to clock (re set time) so hate it if I could I would send it back not happy
