Had this combination oven for 18 months, now it smells like it is going to catch on fire. Using both microwave of convection oven. I cannot recommend this appliance. While it worked it cooked evenly and well. This item was a replacement for our previous Samsung combo oven that we had for 10+ years. In my opinion Samsung have gone down hill in most of there appliance lines. Will not be using any Samsung appliance again.

Doesn’t come with a manual, instead there is QR code that DOES NOT take you to the manual. Instead it takes you to the Samsung website and you have to search for the model , well done Samsung for completely failing to understand QR codes. Once you download the manual it’s not even formatted to be read on a smartphone. Phoned the support line to ask to be sent a manual, and the line was terrible and the agent unintelligible, they took my number to call me back and didn’t. Ill thought through and poorly implemented use of a very simple technology and terrible support.

The product a a Samsung microwave arrived on time as promised . On unpacking undamaged packaging and using for the first time i noticed the oven was lower on the left hand side. On further inspection after turning it upside down i discovered the base was crushed inwards. I contacted AO customer services who informed me as the oven had been used they could do nothing about it, when asked what i should do. next i was informed they could not say in case they gave me wrong information. I feel very let down by a large retailer washing their hands of a problem once it has been used. I will not be purchasing any more products from AO in future this is an example of customer service

Hmmmm.... great while it worked. But after 11 months of ownership (and bare use - microwave now and again, oven now and again) - it has started to trip my electric. Samsung contacted.... let's see what happens. It's samsung. If this problem was going to happen, it should be afte 8 years, not 10 months.

Instructions were not very clear over complicated

Its ok, but as my wife is on special food I find it has cold spots in the food, run time longer and it ruins the food, ie put in microwave for 6 minutes stand 2 minutes found cold spots, even added 30 seconds, middle cold or just warm. Cooks a chicken ok. Inside with it being black not great stainless steel is better brighter, easy viewing through glass door. Lots of faffing about with menu manual, control panel is ok easy to see and use. Bought too quick after old microwave broke down wanted a quick replacement, will be replacing it.

The microwave works well but whoever thought that white writing on a grey background was a good idea for the control panel should be shot. Luckily I have a good memory and can operate the controls without too much difficulty. If you have poor vision or any tendency to confusion avoid this otherwise very good microwave .

It's a bit bigger than I was expecting, having a rather substantial protrusion in the middle of the back which is not included in the measurements. It seems ok. The first delivery lacked one foot and the samsung support was just a barrier. ao werehelpul and the second driver was lovely.
