Do not buy! We seen reviews saying the start button will end up breaking outside of warranty. We are just 6 months over warranty so had it for 18 months, been using it for 12 of the months and it has broken just like some reviews said! Waste of money

Not the cheapest option, but as always with Samsung, longer guarantee and easier to use. Love the power save option that turns off the clock display so it's not constantly using power. First time I have purchased a combination microwave / grill / convection oven, so still learning the best way to use its many options (can even make yoghurt and bread). Hoping to save power using it in place of full size built in oven now I'm widowed. Hoping the interior is easier to clean than the oven too - ceramic lining means it doesn't have one of those nasty silver cardboard inserts that go soggy when wet that my previous cheap, nasty microwave had. That took 14 button presses just to heat a cup of milk, so simplicity of this model ends over five years of torture! (Never buy a Swan microwave is the other review within a review!)

I had a Samsung microwave for years. No problems until it suddenly died - with a slight smell of burning. I read the reviews and bought another one which should tell you a lot. A big sturdy beast that does what it promises as far as microwave cooking is concerned. And easy to clean. With no hint of rust anywhere. The only thing I do NOT like is the lack of decent instructions and any kind of recipe book. I went online as per advice from previous reviewers. Far more comprehensive instructions but still very little help with the combi features. And confusing advice like heat the grill before using. For how long? No help even from Youtube. I never came to grips with combi cooking with the last machine but I would love to do better this time. Please Samsung - a little help with clearer instructions and a few recipes that let us try out the grill and convection features.

Its a good microwave, grill is pretty user friendly. Physical manual is awful but there isna QR code on top that provides a full one, but less tech savvy people are at a disadvantage

Only used twice seems ok but instructions not very good the grill is very confusing

Great looking combi Haven't been able to use it yet but it certainly seems exactly like I expected Excellent customer service and speedy delivery So far so good
