First one broke down after less than a year. Replaced by AO. The second one broke down after 3 months. There will not be a third. Research by Which has found that AEG is the second least reliable maker of washer-dryers: 26% develop a fault in the first seven years. We're lucky (I suppose) that both ours packed up quickly enough to be still under warranty.

It broke after 2 washes. Never buying AEG again.

Broke down completely after less than 3 months very gentle use Complete rubbish and AEG service is shocking. Buy another brand would be my advice.

Sorry shocking experience. 2 machines in under a month. Continues to seep in water even in off position and on both machines door burst open flooding our new kitchen . This has to be a machine or batch issue . Waiting on AO to resolve ( after long long wait to get through) Think twice before you invest in this model

Would be great but I can't believe the shortest cycle is over 1 hour. Even then you first have to select the program and reduce the cycle using the reduce time button, pressing it up to 4 times. And then those short cycles are only recommened for half/small loads. Shortest cycle for full load is over 2 hours. Yet they have a 60 minute wash+dry combined program! Some poor thought gone into this design.

Disappointed with length of drain hose which is now attached internally. AEG customer service not very helpful,they could provide an extension which is chargeable…..Won’t buy AEG in a hurry again.

The standard wash settings are really long on this model so I’ve been having to do washes on sportswear mode and then do an extra spin to save time so if you want a quick machine don’t buy it. Other than that, the machine is very quiet and cleans well. The delivery guy also scratched the outside of the drum when installing it which is kinda annoying but thankfully it’s an in-built

Size is not the same as advertised. It’s an additional 2-3cm which is really annoying as it is sticking out in my kitchen! The performance seems fine but I do think the controls and functions are overly complicated!
