The new washer dryer is super quiet but it takes ages to run a wash load compared to my old one. My old one finished every load in about an hour regardless of the chosen setting. This one can take up to 4 hours. Perhaps that's the price of energy efficiency, but the real issue is that the clothes don't come out as soft and fluffy as they used to despite using the same detergent products.

Great machine, so much quieter than our old one! Lots of settings I need to learn how to use but all in all, great product especially for price.

I would recommend this machine. It is quiet, it is easy to use and the dryer actually works! I would recommend buying it from AO, their service was excellent, great communication and fitting service.

The whole process from start to finish was simple and quick. The notifications in terms of delivery were fantastic and the delivery guys were brilliant. They were so friendly and helpful. The machine itself is fantastic and yes it is a bit confusing and trial & error on the first few washes but it is a brilliant machine. It’s so quite even on max spin and drying, it actually dries the clothes. Overall a big thumbs up to AO and AEG. I couldn’t be happier. Thanks again AO.

Excellent load capacity and a variety of programmes to choose from. Silent compared to my old Whirlpool; hope it lasts as least as long though. Great buy so far.

It really is super-quiet, it's fully integrated, and it has eco-cycles with plenty of adjustability in the programmes if you need it. My only niggles: You can't start the cycles with liquid in the machine, it'll pump it out (I like soaking in a bucket with products and then transferring the slosh into the machine). Also, I would love programmes that do the energy-intensive bits at peset times, for dual electricity tariffs. But you can't have everything, and as things stand, it's the best machine I could find for a small flat.

SO much better than my old Beko machine which was light a jumbo jet taking off every wash cycle and had given up drying after only a year. this is much quieter, excellent drying and easy to drain the water from tumble drying. So many good wash options including Outdoor Wear which has been fantastic, and the steam cycle is brilliant (although if you want your clothes feeling truly fresh I'd advise using scent boosters with the steam cycle). As others have mentioned the only drawback for me is there isn't a short or super short wash-only option which would be immensely useful. Yes it's pricier than my old Beko but already I can see why, definitely worth the price.
