For starters the glass top hob area scratches really easy, even with new pans, so expect that to be a mess after just one week, if you like switching the oven off at the wall for economy the clock has to be set every time you turn back on before you use the oven, and the touch buttons to do that arnt the best. Oven door opens side ways and has to be physically clicked back in place which is annoying, plus points, it does look good and the hob and oven dials feel solid and it cooks well. I'd go for the one without timer personally.

The oven trips the house and can't even be turned on because of a fault it came with, it will have to be returned and replaced which is a shame. It's a nice looking oven though so fingers crossed the replacement doesn't have the same fault!

The cooker seems fine -does what it’s meant to and looks good. However, service from ao was awful. Twice they sent workmen who said they weren’t able to disconnect my gas cooker (they could only do electric) -once is a mistake but twice is just incompetent! I won’t be buying from this company again.

Not sure if the top oven is only a grill or not. Closed the door while on and not much happens, it may just be me thought. Would be nice to know the internal temperature of the oven while cooking. Other than that I’m living it

Changed from gas to electric but expected top cavity to be like small oven as was our gas cooker and not just for grilling only.

Nice looking cooker - hard to keep the hob clean though - I managed to buy some hob bright - it still has a small mark that I cant seem to remove - hopefully not a scrtch in the surface - I was disappointed that there was no catalytic lining in the oven - I'm sure the product description said it had - but it's just regular metal - also the oven bulb blew after 10 minutes of turning on for the initial pre-heat cycle! They said they were sending a replacement bulb but in the meantime I bought one from Amazon. The cooker works very well though and I hope it lasts a few years.

Its a great oven, easy to clean, temperature flows around and cooks food evenly, the all black finish fits in well with my kitchen
