Very frustrating to buy the actual cooker but finally navigated customer service. Delivery and fitter chaps were great but the cooker is a disappointment. One of the dials has already got stuck. 3 days of use and it is starting to go wrong...not good. On the up side though it is much bigger in the actual oven than I thought it would be.

This cooker look decent, the oven work well. The plate is easy to get dirty, and not east to clean. Overall is okay, and the main thing is, the button are round, after you pan fry something, the oil will leave on the round button, and then its slip, not easy to turn it, so make sure you are ready to clean them (every single buttonS) before you buy it.

I don’t like the racking system inside the cooker, as the racks are scraping off the inside of the cooker when sliding them in and out to cook. Other than that, the cooker does the job!

Overall it's fine, does the job. it's just very basic!

Cooker so far working well and seems solid. I have a Beko fridge freezer and washing machine and have not been disappointed with the brand. It's a basic cooker nothing fancy and no oven fan but it's enough for my needs and budget. Deeper set hob and back splash would be nice for any spillages.

It's fine. Takes a little longer to heat up than my previous cooker but it all works ok.
