Over priced. It only comes with 2 attachments, no cookery booklet. As yet I believe it's no more use than my hand whisk.

At the moment everything is working fine and with out Any problems. There is only one thing which I don’t like- is loud

The only reason it's a 4 is because I've not used it enough yet to rate it any higher but daaaaaaamn! It's so good and smooth compared to my previous shop brand mixer. I love the speed dial that's great to slowly increase. The sound is also not very loud I was expecting it be louder so that's always a win. I have the glass bowl the only disappointment is the splash guard lid doesn't fit over I'm presuming that's for another bowl option?

Very well built product , strong and works very well. Only downside is very minor. Just slightly bothered by the little cover in the front that hides the connection for other tools to be attached. Does not click firmly into place and concerned it might drop into the mix but hasn't happened so far. But it would not stop me buying it again. . All in all very pleased.

It is a good machine. Just its glass pot is heavy. It is very difficult to clean it. But it works very good. I am happy with it.

Replacing kenwood mixer of over 40 years old Would have welcomed more attachments and option of metal bowl But usual robust construction i find lifting the arm quite heavy particularily after my old mixer Much quieter and more refined speed control looking forward to the next 40 years

The glass bowl is heavy as stated but I am enjoying using the new mixer very much and it is producing some good cakes and pastry so far.

Sturdy,quieter than I expected and does the job! I wanted a kitchenaid but preferred the look of this model(black and chrome).
