The ovens are a nightmare. They take forever to heat. The shelf design is ridiculous. A shelf needs to be flat and go from the front to the back of the oven. Several times the cake tins have tipped and emptied down the back of the oven. Several times the shelf above has cut the top off something thst has risen on the lower shelf. The fan oven doesn't heat evenly. The cold spot is in the middle if the oven so no matter how you turn the tray around the middle stays under cooked. Forget the top few shelf setting to have any chance of even cooking. The hob is fine. Terribly disappointing and mainly a design problem.

Good product, but avoid buying from AO. good product, but the whole experience of delay, installation engineer, not worth going through all the stress. its a good product, however, AVOID buying from AO at all costs.

1st oven was delivered with faulty door on right side oven not closing properly beko Engineer looked and said oven is twisted from transit damage. 2nd oven delivered with faulty door on side oven not closing properly and faulty oven knob causing fan and light to stay on permanently I swear AO has sent me the original oven repackaged with an extra fault.

The ovens are difficult to keep clean The grill has a double window which means debris from grilling gets trapped in between it. The gas hob is great.

Is a great looking cooker, and all works great. Only issue we have found moving from a double built in oven the inside oven space is a not as wide. And seem a bit noisier than our old 1. But otherwise is a good cooker and having 7 had rings are great.

Delivery was fast and prompt but upon first use one of the ovens sounded like a bag of spanners. Called manufacturer and an engineer came and found on the fan one of the 3 screws was missing. All sorted now but leaves me slightly concerned about the build quality as it hadn't fallen out as it was brand new. Also a long running cooling fan that is quite loud so a bit annoying.

Service received from ao was fantastic. Good communication. Fast delivery with time slot so no waiting around all day. The oven itself looks more expensive than it is. It is sturdy and plenty of space in the ovens. It does however take a very long time to get to temperature in the main oven and the grill can take a while to fully heat up too. It takes much longer than my previous oven which was of identical spec. It can also be quite noisy when the fan kicks in.

Looks good and works well but the knobs and finish feels cheap
