Unfortunately oven did not work properly .Have only had it a few days now having to deal with the inconvenience of getting someone out to look at it before I can return it. And beko shut at 6pm so not helpful for people who work.

I am absolutely furious that the cooker is not working after 5 days, and even more livid that I cannot find a number to speak to someone regarding this. The compensation offer had better be good mind.

No wire connected to hook it up , still haven’t hooked it up yet .. And no Glass protector to protect the Hobs.

Having not managed to get what was originally ordered, disappointed to have been downsold from a ceramic job to solid plate. On opening, everything is a little flimsy, typified by the lightweight and wobbly adjustable feet. Think I’ll not order online again. Electrician had difficulty wiring it in due to the cheap plastic and screws.

Can't fault the oven getting it delivered was a completely different story I'm still waiting for customer service to phone me.

Cooker looks nice, easy to keep clean. Like the speed that the cooker hobs and oven heat up at. Don’t like the length of time the hobs take to cool down. Easy to forget they are still hot long after pan has been removed. Controls easy to use.

I live in a block of flats so a gas oven wasn't an option and I didn't want to spend much more than about £300 on a new electric cooker. This is an easy to use, solid fan oven. My favourite feature is the timer which allows you to get out and about while the oven switches itself off. Love that. Unfortunately, as with most hobs on an electric cooker, it isn't very responsive; it's either on max or minimum with nothing inbetween....well that's how it seems to me.

Seems OK. Am used to ceramic top but finding solid fine. Easy to use and clean. Am 70 finding this cooker easy to use.
