The first one we had delivered, two of the burners were not working. I phoned. Biko who were not very helpful. So I phoned so who said they would send a replacement when the engineer confirmed the fault. This they did and I foolishly had the same make and model. This time one of the front burners was not working. I must say that so have been great and replaced with a different cooker.
Would not buy anything BEKO again
