    Terrible cooker

    1/5
Neither oven cooks at the correct temperature. The fan oven too low (30* less than set) and the top oven way too high (45* more than set). The ovens are totally useless to cook a complete meal and don’t even think about baking a cake.

    Both ovens faulty

Neither oven cooks at the correct temperature. The fan oven stops heating 30 degrees below chosen temp and the conventional oven cooks at 45 degrees hotter than set. Delivered a week before Christmas therefore unable to arrange repair/service technician. Had an extremely stressful Christmas day trying to produce an edible meal for my guests. The hob works and the cooker looks good.

    Badly made

It has a very plastic feeling to its (the knobs especially) one stayed in my hand 10 min after delivery. Wouldn't recommend. I've return this cooker.

Spend more on a decent oven

Having owned this for just over a year the fan in the bottom oven has stopped working. The numbers on the knobs have disappeared so have to guess what heat the hobs are! After a couple of days the silver surround at the top of the oven scratched really easy.... Cheap for a reason...

    Product defect

Product installation on Monday. On closer inspection a couple of days later I noticed scratches and scuffs on the exterior. Not what you expect when you have just spent £480?

Stay clear of you like to cook

I've had this cooker a while now and the ovens are great but that's where it stops. If you want to cook food that requires frying at a high heat like a stir fry then stay well clear. It heats up then it's thermostat kicks in and the heat disappears. So basically you loose the heat and your meat and veg starts stewing. Beko said this is normal but how the hell are you meant to flash fry anything. I've had ceramic hobs before and never had this problem. Stay well clear and invest elsewhere.

    Looks great BUT hate it.

Worse cooker I've ever used. When I contacted the company I was told because I've used it basically they can't do anything. I've had someone out to check it and was told it was working fine and was also told that heat can vary between different cookers and I have to get used to the feel of the cooker (I didn't have to get used to any of my other cookers.) Yes it does heat up but does it stay at that temperature while cooking, I'm not sure? I feel completely ripped off. I have a dishwasher, fridge/freezer & washer all of which are beko so was hoping this cooker would be of the same standard.
