Straight forward and easy to fit, it came with the back flow flaps inside which was a nice touch. Hardest thing to do was get the protective plastic off. Lights are nice and bright and for the money it was a good buy.

The extr actor is brilliant. Yes, bit noisy but does the extraction very well. The fitting was easily done without getting extra bits. It looks great against the black granite kitchen top. Do be careful with the surface and pointed tools as chances of scratching vary high. Once fitted, no issues. Cleans up well. Another good point is that it has 2 filters and both can be removed and cleaned. As always, AO delivery feature was great. Had to change the delivery twice and it was done without any issues.

Beautiful quality? Lovely finish. Led spotlights add the finishing touch. It’s going to finish my kitchen off incredibly. Stainless steel finish but the buttons sit risen from the surface which is perfect as the items itself doesn’t need to be touched which is good for keeping the item clean.

I cannot actually give any indication of the quality of the goods yet due to the fact it came with a broken piece, a scratched chimney, and missing the internal tubing and carbon filter both of which I have ordered separately from smegg at a cost of £91.00. Ok smegg are replacing the damaged parts free of charge but I cannot help but feel I wish I had never bought the product in the first place and definitely not ordered it from AO. NOT HAPPY

The cooker hood is lovely, like all Smeg products. However, it is not supplied with the required fitting essential for using it in recirculating mode. AO and their spares company have been no help in sourcing the part. Which makes it quite an expensive pair of lights above the stove. Great if you intend to vent the hood outside - in which case buy the venting kit too. If you need to recirculate - don't buy this model.

Noisy and poor quality buttons that rattle around but does the job. Not really commensurate with SMEG quality or value - I think its made by a cheaper manufacture and re-branded by SMEG. AO were great the product is not so.

Excellent quality easy to fit

Looks very smart. Was very well packaged. The relatively compact dimensions really suit my needs. Not installed yet..
