Little issues like the cooker doesn’t come with the handle for the grill or a proper grill pan or anything other than one rack & one tray so at most you can cook two things at a time, but only one pizza at a time so for bigger family this is a problem. even though the description says about cooking three things at the same time, there’s no information on where to purchase extra shelves/handles etc so very misleading description

I suppose the cooker does what it's supposed to do. One annoying thing that could/should have been better thought out is the markings on the knobs. Instead of going from, say, small dots to large dots, or longer lines to give a visual sign about how high or low a gas is set, all the dots are the same size (just decorative, with no actual function), the only way to tell is to lift the pan and have a look. Such a simple thing, but it's very annoying. Difficult to believe this got past the basic design stage, but this is the world we live in – style over function. Oh, and as I used the cooker just once I can't get a full refund if I want to return it or get an exchange. Thanks, ao. You managed to keep that in the small print. I won't be using this company again despite their decent prices.

Great deal for my parents! My Dad, just turned 91, does the cooking and the electric oven is ideal for him! He remembers to turn it off at the wall so no leaky gas or over or under cooked food (not that he did) I just feel safer for him than his old gas oven. The timer is right in the centre of the dials so easy for him to use. The oven is higher so no more worrying about him bending over too far! Perfect! Thanks AO! 4-5 Stars ??

Good cooker and easy to operate. Only criticism would be that it takes a long time to preheat to max temperature.
