Don't Bother! Bought one of these approx. 2 years ago with 1 year warranty, plus 5 year parts warranty. Well it broke down, I paid £130 labour fee to Stoves to repair it, the engineer arrived and said its not repairable. Contacted stoves again and was told I would have to buy a new one and they wont even refund the £130. Do not trust Stoves - shocking customer service.

Very disappointed - 13 month old fridge has “blown wet wall” which cannot be repaired - just out of manufacturer’s guarantee, will need to be replaced. As retailer, AO are responsible (not the manufacturer) so still awaiting AO response. I feel under the Sale of Goods Act, a fridge should last longer than one year!

Fridge 2 years old , recommended by AO total rubbish ice back all the time stoves customer service a joke , this model wants recalling nearly everyone has the same problem

AVOID!!! As per other reviews - just over 12 months in and we too have a fridge that CANNOT be repaired! Stoves sent engineer claiming it can be fixed but guess what it can't - RUBBISH - to be fair to AO their customer service is BRILLIANT they have sorted it out with us refunding according to time we have had it and we will use them again to buy replacement. Super service from AO but this fridge is AWFUL! Sorry

Worst fridge I've ever purchased. Packed in after 20 months. Just like another review huge blocks of ice forming around the fan at the top but the fridge itself wasn't getting down to temperature. Anything in the bottom was going off really quickly. Rang Stoves about a repair to be told it would be half the original purchase price for a guaranteed repair but with only 3 months warranty on the repair! Just shows how confident Stoves are in their own products and repairs. Was convinced it was just the temperature sensor which is a replaceable item above the 3rd shelf. So I asked about a spare and surprise surprise they couldn't find that spare on their diagram. Told me to email in a picture of it with an explanation and no response whatsoever. So their customer service is useless. First and last Stoves product I will ever purchase. Avoid!!!

Terrible product. Bought it 2 years ago and in that time it has had to be fully defrosted at least 6 times (the first time within the first 3 months) and when I say defrost I mean massive blocks of ice. In the past 3 months I’ve had to fully defrost it 3 times and it has now stopped working. Will never buy a stoves product again.

Does the job. So delivery service excellent. Kept informed of delivery time by driver

Just had fridge installed, very happy with the AO team that installed it. This wasn't my first choice fridge, the Hotpoint I ordered and waited 3 months for was no longer available so had no alternative but to choose this one. The fridge shelves are not very deep, and each shelves can only be moved up or down by 1 inch. The wine Rack, when I shut the door the bottles hit one of the shelves on the door and none of the door shelves can be moved up or down. The fridge came with an egg holder for 8 eggs!!! WHY??!!
