Worst fridge I've ever purchased. Packed in after 20 months. Just like another review huge blocks of ice forming around the fan at the top but the fridge itself wasn't getting down to temperature. Anything in the bottom was going off really quickly. Rang Stoves about a repair to be told it would be half the original purchase price for a guaranteed repair but with only 3 months warranty on the repair! Just shows how confident Stoves are in their own products and repairs. Was convinced it was just the temperature sensor which is a replaceable item above the 3rd shelf. So I asked about a spare and surprise surprise they couldn't find that spare on their diagram. Told me to email in a picture of it with an explanation and no response whatsoever. So their customer service is useless. First and last Stoves product I will ever purchase. Avoid!!!

What a lovely product, we always needed more fridge space and this certainly fills the bill. Lots of space and my vegetables seem to be keeping fresher longer. Definately recommend.

Very disappointed - 13 month old fridge has “blown wet wall” which cannot be repaired - just out of manufacturer’s guarantee, will need to be replaced. As retailer, AO are responsible (not the manufacturer) so still awaiting AO response. I feel under the Sale of Goods Act, a fridge should last longer than one year!

Terrible product. Bought it 2 years ago and in that time it has had to be fully defrosted at least 6 times (the first time within the first 3 months) and when I say defrost I mean massive blocks of ice. In the past 3 months I’ve had to fully defrost it 3 times and it has now stopped working. Will never buy a stoves product again.

Nice big quiet fridge. Couldn’t be happier. Easily holds enough food for a family of 5

Don't Bother! Bought one of these approx. 2 years ago with 1 year warranty, plus 5 year parts warranty. Well it broke down, I paid £130 labour fee to Stoves to repair it, the engineer arrived and said its not repairable. Contacted stoves again and was told I would have to buy a new one and they wont even refund the £130. Do not trust Stoves - shocking customer service.

Over the moon with my new fridge. All instructions & parts supplied made it very simple for me to install, no complicated tools needed, just the standard drill/screwdriver to fix on the furniture door that matches my kitchen. I was also impressed with the long electrical lead. We are a family of 4 and have always had a “spare” fridge in the garage to cater for family occasions. There is now no need for this as there is plenty of space for us... plus more! It’s nice and quiet & there is flexibility in moving shelves around to suit our needs ie standing extra bottles of milk upright. The internal light is positioned perfectly & bright enough for you to see into the bottom draws even when the shelves are full! The draws are secure when pulling out fully & I particularly like the humidity control draw for salads. I find the door compartments sturdy & deep enough for your sauce, milk & jars & don’t feel like they are going to lift away from the door if they get knocked like my old fridge did. Over the moon with this purchase!

Great Fridge, nice & quiet. Really easy to install. Has lots of shelves & compartments really spacious. Overall great family fridge
