I have had this for 2 years and it no longer freezes. I organised for Stoves to come out to repair it and it’s not possible to fix it. Something to do with the anti defrost component that’s not working being integrated. So I have to buy a new freezer after 2 years and this one will go into a land fill site. I will not buy Stoves again and I don’t see why I should buy a warranty for a product that should work within 2 years.

Plugged in after allowing to stand after delivery to ensure gasses settled. Unfortunately it doesn't work as a freezer and just a red light. Contacted AO for money back and contacted manufacturer to see if there was a solution to why it does not work. No joy from either. Looks nice but is not a freezer.

Excellent freezer. Very spacious and quiet when on.

Difficult to say completely at the moment as we are awaiting an engineer from Stoves to come out and see why the warning light keeps flashing g even though the freezer is working and freezing food.

I have previously had free standing upright freezer and chest freezer. This Stoves is integrated and its very narrow. It will not even take a standard baking tray. I batch freeze and make dishes in large containers so this is hopeless. Even a loaf of bread take up most of one drawer. Feel let down by Stoves

Good freezer - top doors could be sturdier in an ideal world.

We like it. Good size with multiple baskets for different products. Power consumption provided to give clear cost over a year.

Lots of room. Quick freeze function a real plus. All drawers are same depth, would be good to have some deeper drawers for larger items
