I have been using this hob for just over 3 months now and it great. I switched from gas to induction and it's great, much more controllable cooking and cheaper to run. This hob looks great and easy to keep clean with a wipe. The controls are easy to use and don't go crazy if you spill something on them. The hob is quiet to use and only makes nose when on the highest settings, much better than a previous induction hob I had. The hob2hood control only works with compatible hoods so I have not been able to test this. Overall a great hob.

Smart looking and simple to use. Why are AEG (and others) still using packaging that does not recycle. This will be polluting the planet long after the hob has finished working. AO should use its buying power to insist that all supplier packaging is recyclable.

First time using an induction hob, really easy to install and fitted perfectly in replacement of the gas hob. Would highly recommend replacing with this induction hob. Makes cleaning so much easier and makes the kitchen look bigger and cleaner.

Wow! It's a sensation similar to having used a "brick" phone to upgrading to an iPhone. Slim, nearly a continuation of the worktop. Powerful, surprisingly fast at heating content and very responsive, we noticed using our metal pan, that unlike our gas hob, the handles weren't hot. Sexy, all in black with red illumination, we love cooking on this hob. Clever, it has some unnecessary but potentially useful functions that can make using it an even greater pleasure. It does need the right pans but you can get a converter for those you don't want to give up and it's a bit more expensive than we wanted to pay but Wow, it's worth it.

Fitted in my granite worktop perfectly. East to install and wire in. I didn't bother with an electrican as wiring was already there from the old hob. Looks attractive. So far, so good.

Not had a huge amount of use of or new hob yet but first impressions are great. Looks good in place. Really easy to use. Heats a pan of water in about 40 seconds. Heat is really controllable. 5 stars.

I have used both Gas and Ceramic hobs in the past and this Induction hob beats everything. Clean sleek lines and so fast and responsive - I absolutely love it! Couple of things to check before purchasing 1 Check your pans with a magnet, if the magnet doesn’t work sadly your pan won’t work on the hob either 2 Dig out the fitting instructions from your last hob and check the size especially the installation hole in your worktop and compare with installation size of this one, a few mm will probably be okay but mention when ordering 3 Youtube have some great videos on how induction hobs work, check them out especially the one with a pan cut in half really shows that it’s the pan and not the hob that heats up For an idea of how fast it is to boil water. My old hob took around 8 minutes to boil the kettle this one takes 1.5 minutes to boil the same kettle

Sleek, beautiful and fast. Excellent installation team. Very sensitivity be controls. Beeps but not overly noisy, they sometimes nd quite friendly. Hums a little but less than the sound of a gas jet Am enjoying learning to use the hob immensely. A dream to wipe clean. It looks like the Starship Enterprise when it’s lit up. Warp Factor 5 Mr. Sulu.
