First time I’ve used an induction job & its sooo fast - in fact I have to be careful as it boils so quickly. I’m really impressed & there’s no noise either as some other reviews I looked at said they were noisy. The price was good too as some other of the good makes were really expensive. Would definitely recommend and was easy to install too just fitted straight in where my old one had been.

Purchased this because it was rated as the best buy by Which magazine. So far it has lived up to expectations - it has some useful features but is not too complicated. As it was a replacement for a similar hob, it was easy to install - you just have to remember to locate the bridge (which is supplied loose) on the positive terminals. If you are not confident at re-wiring, get an electrician to do it.

Had a radiant ring hob for 25 years, so decided to go for a change. After a lot of research, decided to go for this AEG hob, having had AEG washing machines, fridge freezers etc in the past, all giving excellent service. Our AEG fridge freezer is now over 25 years old and still giving good service. What a difference the hob makes. So fast and controllable. Should have had one years ago. It’s a joy to use. Would not go back to the old hobs.

First experience of an Induction Hob and this item I believe is absolutely marvelous as it is so quick and responsive and touch controls are back lit and easy to read and cannot believe how much easier it is control your everyday cooking without pans boiling over.

Powerful hob which quickly brings liquids to the boil. Intuitive controls which I mastered quickly. Works well even when the pans are smaller than the rings

This is the first induction hob I have purchased, it is simple to use & with the P power point to bring liquid to the boil quickly is a plus, very versatile & I would recommend the product.

This hob is easy to use, the response in changing temperature is instant. Easy to keep clean and looks great. I’m very happy with this purchase.

After a long research I've decided to buy this hob, wanted something of quality and at a reasonable price, this hob fitted the bill perfectly. It replaced 10 year old ceramic hob and what a difference! Brings to boil very quickly and switches to simmer instantly, something I could never achieve with ceramic hob. Good heat distribution, very useful Pause option, Timer works well, very easy to clean. A bit noisy on Power mode, but otherwise really quiet. I don't have AEG cooker hood, so cannot comment on this option. Bear in mind - you do need pots and pans that are suitable for induction hob, so you may face additional cost if your current cookware is not suitable. Very happy with my new hob.
