It works which is expected but, it has restrictions ref the number of pots that can be used with any great heat as it reduces the temperature depending on how many hobs you want to use also when in use set at at a specific heat setting it doesn't keep a steady temperature but surges then reduces surges again etc. The previous hob we had, a Neff, worked more as you would expect and had I known the Belling had these short comings at the time of purchase I would not have bought this particular hob.

Beware this hob will only function when the saucepan fits the rings marked on the hob. Smaller saucepans will not be recognized.

Hob looks good and does the job!! Only negative point is that any saucepan under 20cm will not work - so my milk pan is now redundant!!

Awful to cook a meal. Can’t boiler water and fry on high heat at the same time. It has a load balancing function that turns one ring down and you turn the other up Would love to return

The hob was competitively priced and delivered free. I was able to install it myself without help from an electrician which was a bonus. Simple to operate and so far very satisfied with it.

Just installed the belling induction hob only to discover that the smaller jml copperstone saucepans do not work. Only the 20cm saucepan works. Cannot buy jml saucepans separately. Got to buy 2 new 20 cm sauce pans. Did not see this problem when reading the details of the belling hob or any of the reviews. Turns out to be an expensive purchase in view of this.

If had known before hand that you cant have all rings on high at once would never have bought. As has a 13amp plug it has a built in power save feature to avoid overloading the system. This took a while to work out when increasing the power of one hob and another go down. Total power on any hobs cannot exceed 12 so two hobs on level 6 for example. It advises to have one hob high to get to temp then reduce and turn next to high to boil then level 2 or 3 to simmer. Does work but not like mains connected hob takes a lot of getting used to

This hob looks so stylish. It's simple to use and has great functions. Very easy to clean, no burnt on food as it only heats up under the pan so any spilage does not get burnt on. I would definitely recommend this hob it is the lower end of the budget range .
