Website was good, price was good, the delivery was on time and the drivers were very polite and helpful. The product is as described. Everything was great until the after sales call that was all pleasant until they tried to sell me the extra insurance, which I have already, and the associate went straight into "...so I'll just set that direct debit up and...". No you won't! Couldn't believe that he didn't actually ask me if I wanted it! Imagine there are a lot of people that would sign up rather than "upset" the caller. Shocking. Ruined the whole experience.

Easy to install, easy operation but this is the second oven we’ve had to buy due to the last one only lasting just over the year and being out of warranty. I’m hoping that the new one lasts longer than just over the 12 months or so the previous one did.

This is a no frills oven but one that works perfectly well without breaking the bank. I am happy with this purchase.

The item was delivered quickly, very easy to install, I would of preferred the model with the electronic timer but this was all that was available a few days before Christmas, the oven looks great, works well and heats up quickly, much better than my previous oven, overall yes I would recommend
