Oven was delivered on time . Whist testing the oven we noticed the grill worked but the oven didn't . I have received a very good service from Indesit but 2 weeks after delivery I'm still unable to use new appliance . No one's fault just one of those things made more difficult because of the situation we all find ourselves in at the moment .

Admittedly we didnt pay a lot for this oven compared to many on the market but we would have at least expected a grill pan! I didnt find anywhere in the product description that stated there wasnt one and presumed that an oven with a built in grill would have a grill pan. Only one shelf and a baking tray too, so not much use for cooking a Sunday roast and unfortunately the shelves from the previous oven wouldnt fit

Looks nice enough however there was only 1 oven shelf included and a "dripping tray" which is basically the base of a grill pan without the rack. Very disappointed with this as it restricts what and how much you can do. Also the shelf doesn't slide in very easily and makes an awful screeching noise as it goes in. In addition the oven light keeps going off and on again for no apparent reason. Although the price was reasonable I wouldn't personally recommend.

Replaced same makevof oven....I assumed alarm would be the saje, continual bleep until you switch it off..wrong, this givrs one quick horrid burst of sound. I expected to be able to open both sides of oven my kitchen cupboard drawers like the previous oven.....wrong, each time it half open, forgetting the oven gets bashed every time and limited access....... My previous oven had acfan, butcoption to use without a fan.......this option has fan in use, no option to cook without..........dont like the designn of fan at back of oven, fearing liquid may spill into it......yes youve guessed, previous oven didnt have fan showing at tge the back.... Really not impressed

The oven hold condensation inside the whole time your cooking which I’ve never known the glass gets soaked really wish I purchased a different one ??

So easy to choose the right product ( Built in electric single oven ), so easy to order, so easy to track the progress.Polite and Courteous staff.Have used AO before and will use them again not just for the above mentioned but the realistic price points of the items i wish to order.

Chose because I wanted a value for money 13amp oven as a replacement. The lead is on the left but the socket is on the right, the length of the lead is ONLY about 6inches longer than the width of the unit. Hence it did not reach the existing socket. I suspct that many people will have sockets NOT close enough for this unit

Oven seems to run a lot colder than it should. I've only had it installed a couple of weeks and used it a few times. Each time, food is undercooked despite waiting light to turn off to indicate it's the right temp and leaving it in slightly longer than instructions. I'm underwhelmed.
