I couldn't figure out how you set the grill temperature nor could I find out how in instructions or indisets website other than this great cooks evenly and quickly

Oven is easy to use, controls are simple and straight forward.
The only negative I have found, is that it only comes with one oven shelf and a grill tray with no rack .
