Absolute rubbish. Purchased this oven in September 2021 and have had to have the elements replaced 6 times in just over 2 years. The extended warranty won’t give a replacement even though there’s obviously a fault with the oven because the insurance offers “unlimited repairs”. That’s all well and good except you have to keep taking days off work every 3 to 6 months to be home for the engineer to repair it. And that’s assuming they actually turn up with the right part every time! Oh and they damaged the surround doing the last repair and have not fixed it or provided compensation. Absolute shambles.

Very efficient and makes cooking easy. Looks fantastic in the kitchen as it’s stainless steel and black. Highly recommend the product.

Very good oven for those on a budget. Cooked the Christmas dinner well and is easy to clean. Only complaint It did not come with a grill handle but I had one from my previous oven that that works so that’s okay and I’m sure if I would’ve contacted them they would’ve sent out the missing handle.

Great Oven works really well and looks nice can't complain for the price.
