Very simple process, easy to purchase. Kept in the loop at every single stage of delivery. Product works exceptionally well and is a major upgrade on our previous oven. Functional design is exactly what we wanted and it does everything you could ask for. Manual good, warranty good, great price and immediately improved our kitchen. Very happy and would choose the brand again.

Like others I came to this as I needed a quick replacement. It was fitted quickly and there were no issues with the gas to the hob as previously this had already been dealt with but you should check prior anyway. It does the job. The fan is definitely louder than our previous oven. The grille pan smaller, but can live with that. The window on the doors are smaller and make the oven look dark even though we did not have the black, it felt like we had ordered the black. The one shelf I was prepared for and retained one of the shelves from the old oven. It fitted.

Lovely double oven, heats up quickly, only had one issue, only came with 2 shelves instead of three so will need to contact customer service. Looks good and easy to use.

My old oven broke and I needed a new one pronto..... but at minimal cost. This was the perfect choice. I was worried a lower cost would mean a poorer quality, but I couldn't have been more wrong. If you are limited on funds I can highly recommend this model. It heats up quickly, is of an excellent build quality and is simple to use (and install!).

Good product but never brought a oven that only comes with 1 oven tray ??

Always had a indesit or hotpoint oven. I use them everyday at least once. My last one finally gave up the ghost after 5 years of (not going to lie) of getting absolutely hammered. This new one is of a better build then previous one, cooks evenly and a great budget oven for a family. Thanks
