    Excellent

It looked complicated but in practice it is very simple to operate. The handbook makes it more complicated than need be because it covers different models and the instructions are mixed up. Whoever wrote those needs to be replaced by someone who is competent. But this doesn't detract from the cooker itself.

    Don't Waste Your Money

Shoddy product. Rubbish service from Whirlpool / Hotpoint / Indesit. Main oven packed up 5 days outside 12 month guarantee. Whirlpool refused to be flexible and wanted £120 engineer charge for "free" parts warranty. Tried dealing with customer services - waste of breath. Didn't ring back to deal with our complaint. None of our appliances (including previous Indesit) ever packed up in less than 5 years. When we read another AO review that a Hotpoint oven (effectively the same) was blowing elements every two or three years we decided to cut our losses and put the money towards a Zanussi,

Half decent oven shame about the grill

    1/5
Half decent oven shame about the grill. The only issue I have with the oven is that it drips condensation onto the floor. The grill in my opinion is rubbish as it has a thermal cut out and can take over 5 minutes to come back on again. 1 hour to grill a slice of gammon on one occasion. Needless to say I replaced the oven after 3 weeks. Very poor design and the 2 visiting Indesit engineers were aware of it being a common issue with customers and their only oven with this design fault. AO however were fantastic and allowed me to return it and purchase another make.

Missing parts - customer care dreadful

    1/5
On delivery we discovered that there was only one internal shelf. After contacting AO we were told that we would this was normal - even though the instruction manual clearly states that it should have 2 and we would have to purchase another one. We didn't and contacted GE and they are sending out a FREE 2nd shelf. shame on you AO.

    Cheap, tacky quality

    1/5
No light or window in upper oven. Not enough shelves. Uneven cooking in lower oven. Call-out required barely a year after purchase - overheating and generating fumes. Handbook carelessly put together, difficult to follow, and confused, with too much information about other models. If you're thinking of getting it, make sure you're well covered!
    Penny wise, pound foolish

    Useless

Top and bottom ovens cannot be used together at full capacity . Comes with two shelves one of which is for the top oven to support the grill pan or any dish in that oven which only leaves one for the main oven. Frankly it renders the oven useless for cooking a full scale Sunday lunch or siimilar. Of course Indesit tell me l could purchase a spare shelf but is it wrong to expect an oven with all component parts.
