    Good but could be better

    4/5
good cooker but a couple of minor points- 1. the oven is very low to the floor making it awkward for people like myself with back problems to reach down into, this could result in accidents lifting hot and heavy items out. 2. only 2 racks for both ovens an extra rack for the grill/top oven would've been handy. 3. the numbers on the dials are rather small and i have already burnt food thinking i had it on a lower setting (3 when it was actually on 5). Minor issues but a bit more thought when planning could've resolved these so easily

    Successful oven

    5/5
Seems fine; don't have much to compare it to since my old oven was like 20 years old and a wreck. Heats up fast, does the things that ovens do. Wish it had a clock but that is easily remedied by tilting my head upwards and about 45 degrees to the right at the actual clock on my wall. Mildly inconvenient but a pretty good first world problem to have.

    Cooker in Saffron Walden

    5/5
It arrived on time and took just 15 mins to unpack and reconnect. So the standard connection cost turned out to rather high but I suppose that there could have been problems. The appliance is working well and I have registered it with the manufacturer. It would have been nice to get an email back to confirm the registration and perhaps that is something that so could bring up with the manufacturer

    AO came up trumps.

    5/5
I took along time researching to get exactly the product with the specification that I wanted. AO came up trumps, with an :” in stock product “ and at the right price. My Indeseit cooker is white with black doors and has aafour ring ceramic hob. My other requirements were for two ovens one with fan assistance and the other with a two function grill. I also insisted on easy cleaning . My Indesit cooker supplied all of these.

Good value/looking cooker for a reasonable price.

    5/5
Great item, easy to install and use also appears to be more efficient on electricity usage than my old cooker (but that was 22years old). Only down sides it does not have a clock/timer built in like my old cooker and you only get one one oven shelf supplied so have had to purchase a second one.

    Great Cooker!

Always had a gas cooker but this electric cooker is so much more! Food cooks to perfection. Lots of good features and price was reasonable.

    Good efficient cooker

    5/5
Functions really well. Oven seems to hold heat better than our old one. Only 2 shelves supplied - really need 2 for the big oven. I found another shelf on Spares2go on Amazon - 477mmx363mm fits although this model not listed. Hob cover purchased from Temu - lets us put things on the top of the cooker when the hob is not being used.

    Probably good for the money

    4/5
Of course ultimately it depends on how long the cooker lasts without a fault and I've only had it a couple of weeks. I haven't used the main oven yet but the upper small oven and gill and hte hotplates appear fine. The cooker also looks good. It seems a good cooker, although I do wish that the main oven door didn't look so flimsy - 2 separated layers of glass with no protecting frame. I rnag the number on the included paparwork to register the 10 year guarantee for parts but got through to someone form legal and general who tried to sell me insurance, said they no longer have out the rigistration number that the enclosed papaerwork siad woudl be provided when I phone. He also said the labour call out charge under the guarantee woudl be £135, whereas the paperwork said (I think) £115. The installation instructions were not very clear - relying mainly on diagrams but my electrician managed to make sense of them.
