A bit disappointed to be perfectly honest, it was purchased because my old cooker was 25 years old. It was starting to look a bit worn. New cooker doesn't feel very durable , also only used main oven once due to it being very low to the ground. Chrome surface where saucepans sit does not clean up to well, and marks extremely easily. Just if a bit of water spills over, I treat my appliances really well and surface marks are not due to scratches or any damage by me. It may just be cosmetic but did not think it would mark so badly due to liquid spills. Not a very well made product.

I have owned this product for 6 months, 3 months into ownership the seal on the top oven failed. I have contacted Whirlpool/Indesit 4 times over the last 3 months to request a replacement seal, they have failed to supply the seal each time and are unable to state why. Consequently I have been unable to use a 1/3 of my appliance for 3 months. Irrespective of how the product looks or performs, Whirlpool's customer service is so woofully inadequate that I would not buy an appliance from them no matter how good the deal.

It works as it should

Lovely cooker, cooks food very nice. Lights quickly. The cooker top is shiny and Marks very easily. Also, note it doesn't come delivered with a gas pipe, you have the buy separately, but I couldn't see it mentioned anywhere that it wasn't supplied.

Disappointing as not aware no automatic igniter with the controls, no removable glass for cleaning and no light in upper oven just very dark.

The new cooker was for my tenants. They were very happy with it. It has been a few weeks since they received it, so far so good, but early days.

Would give 5 stars ,its showns very clear it contains 2 wire racks in oven but only 1 came, still waiting foe inderset to send the replacement. Apart from that the cooker is great cleans very easy and does everything that a cooker should do

Lovely cooker easy to use . Only thing i would say is it could do with a extra oven rack , or even give you choice of buying one .
