    constantly clogs up

This is the WORST vacuum I have owned. We are a family of 5 and a dog (non shedding) I had a Shark upright corded prior to this . I was more than happy with my corded vacuum but when it gave up the ghost I decided to move to a cordless version as I believed it might make the process a bit faster not having to move the cord all the time and encourage my children to do some vacuuming. I spend more time unclogging the cleaner than I do actually vacuuming. We have wooden floors and only have minor dust to suck up, our pet is non shedding so not dealing with much hair either however the cleaner power is so weak and the hole at the bottom where the dust passes through clogs up very fast- the wand is next to useless for suction power. If you are a single person with a cat who vacuums once a week it will be perfectly fine but a busy house that vacuums daily this is NOT for you especially at the price point. I have finally admitted defeat after 8 months of stoically insisting it is fine and gone back to corded.

    Not impressed at all!

Really disappointed with this Shark Vacuum Cleaner, I thought it was going to be fantastic! After fully charging the battery, as soon as I switched it on it dropped to 90%, the battery didn't even last long enough for me to hoover my house! The battery is supposed to last up to an hour, I had it on eco mode the whole time and it still ran out. I think you should get two batteries, like I did with my old VAC cordless vacuum. Not impressed at all.

    Possibly Jinxed ….

Very disappointed. Upgraded from a corded Shark the first model sent had a faulty battery /charger unit- customer service very helpful although having to waste more electric with attempted trouble shooting. The arrangement was then made to exchange the whole unit. This left me without a hoover for a couple of days … biggie except in a household of 5 adults, 4 cats & 2 house bunnies it proved challenging. The replacement exchange was on time, delivery guy was brilliant & polite, Thank you Shark for this. The replacement is a poor ‘upgrade’, in my experience, the battery drops to 80% within a couple of minutes , maximum amount of time so far is 20mins before the battery dies. This then requires a minimum of 3-4hours electric every time - I can hoover my home in less than an hour & half ! The suction does not compete with my previous hoover however the attachments are useful, especially the lift away option. Either I am jinxed and have received another dodgy hoover or the marketing of ‘up to 60 mins ‘ is based on the minimum suction hard floor setting- either way I am sorely disappointed - Apologies Shark - an honest review

    Good product, easy to use!

Needs a second battery, otherwise great.

Generally really good, could just do with a bit better battery life

    Easy to use vacuum

    Great vacuum easy to use

    Manoverable but heavy

It has good suction and is very manoverable however it is heavier than I expected which is it's downside. It is great on the dog hair so a good buy overall.
