The hob is great, best you can get for the money, I just question the AO installation team who didn’t finish the install of the hob correctly so it was completely lose and you could just left it out of the worktop. Make sure you check this before they leave!

It's no bad. Little problem with dual heating

Induction hob seems good. Takes a bit of getting used to.

Really impressed with how quickly the hob responds to differences in temperature. The push and go features are useful.

Works well. Only gripe is that it does sit totally flush with the worktop as it has a bevelled edge - makes cleaning slightly more difficult but other than that a really good product. Good value too.

Good product, quick to heat up compared to our old ceramic. Only negative is it can take a couple of seconds to register when you are trying to turn it on and start up noise is clinky.

Looks clean and sleek. Easy to install and use. Pot detection when switching on hob and booster function is a good addition. When switching on the hob it makes twitching noises, something to get used to. Heat settings below 5 are not really useful. Would be great if it had a timer setting.

Very very quick to heat up, boil water etc. very responsive too and 10 different levels gives you lots of control over temp. Only downside is that the buttons at the front are easily trigger by placing a tray on top of it, or by spilling any hot liquids, which happens quite easily given you’re cooking on it. This means the whole thing can turn off if you spill something mid-cooking until you wipe up the spillage, which is a bit frustrating. However, you just get used to being a bit more careful when taking off lids with the condensation under them. I wouldn’t let this put anyone off buying it just because of this though.
