Brilliant best freezer and customer support excellent and devilery man so helpful

We needed a replacement under the counter freezer as a 2nd freezer. Carried out various comparisons and settled for the Indesit I55ZM1110S1 Compared prices at other sites and AO were the most competitive and having used them before I had no qualms in placing my order with them. I chose the Indesit as it had one of the largest capacity for a freezer of that size and also the running costs are a big plus.

Love this freezer. We purchased this to fit under the counter where an old refrigerator was and I am very pleased with the fit as well as the performance of the freezer. The drawers are deep and very spacious and I love the fact that the top two drawers can be taken out in favour of storing things on shelves. The shelves provide a smidge more room for those bits that are just too big for the drawer. The freezer is also very quiet. This was something I was worried about given that it is in my kitchen and sound travels a little too well through my house. But it is a bit of a low hum from time to time, nothing annoying or distracting. The only downside is that the temperature adjustment is in the back, which makes adjusting it impossible without pulling it out from under the counter but we won't often need to adjust, so it works for us. As a bonus, the freezer is nice looking , sleek and doesn't stick out from the counter, so nothing to bump into when moving about the kitchen.

The freezer is blooming brilliant. The drawers are huge and you can fit a lot in. It’s much bigger than my previous freezer on the inside but the same size on the outside. So the inside space is really maximised. It looks neat and tidy. It freezes stuff. A lot of stuff. Exactly what I was looking/hoping for. 10/10

Great little freezer. Plenty of space. Nice colour. Nothing fancy but does the job.
