This is the second one of these freezers I have had. Sadly the first only lasted nearly 5 years, this version has been clearly upgraded, it looks more classy and the drawers are actually on glass shelving now as opposed to the metal with all the wire looking shelves where frost will build up more. This so far is so much better. I couldn’t even open the drawers on my last one and the drawers at the front used to ice up, this is ice free and finally draws I can open.

This looks a decent size freezer. It would have been nice if it had some sort of light to indicate that it was working and the other thing the adjustment dial is at the back which means you have to drag it out if you wanted to adjust it which could be awkward as there are no wheels under this. This is a definite flaw in design someone has obviously not thought of the practicality of using this.

Love this freezer. We purchased this to fit under the counter where an old refrigerator was and I am very pleased with the fit as well as the performance of the freezer. The drawers are deep and very spacious and I love the fact that the top two drawers can be taken out in favour of storing things on shelves. The shelves provide a smidge more room for those bits that are just too big for the drawer. The freezer is also very quiet. This was something I was worried about given that it is in my kitchen and sound travels a little too well through my house. But it is a bit of a low hum from time to time, nothing annoying or distracting. The only downside is that the temperature adjustment is in the back, which makes adjusting it impossible without pulling it out from under the counter but we won't often need to adjust, so it works for us. As a bonus, the freezer is nice looking , sleek and doesn't stick out from the counter, so nothing to bump into when moving about the kitchen.

The freezer is blooming brilliant. The drawers are huge and you can fit a lot in. It’s much bigger than my previous freezer on the inside but the same size on the outside. So the inside space is really maximised. It looks neat and tidy. It freezes stuff. A lot of stuff. Exactly what I was looking/hoping for. 10/10

Massive capacity for a freezer this size. Seems completely silent in operation (not important for us as it's in my shed... but some might like to know!) Very happy

Really pleased with this roomy under the counter freezer which has replaced a very old & inefficient chest freezer. Easily accessible drawers with plenty of room for a big shop. Only flaw, the temperature control switch is right at the back of the unit, not much use for an under the counter appliance. That is a matter for the manufacturers though, the entire purchasing process with ao was seamless and great delivery service. Very efficient & updates timely. Will definitely shop with ao again.
