Dryer did not work drum was turning but there was no heat. After searching the internet I removed the black pipe and when I turned on the dryer it shot a load of water over me. I put the pipe back on and it then worked. Not happy if the tester had not done that before sending the dryer out to a customer.

It’s a basic product with only a timer setting and two temperature settings.

We are on to our third appliance… the second one from AO lasted five days. The first appliance (of the exact same product) we had for the last year before then and it worked fine, the simple controls were a big selling point for us. We had a more expensive “smart” dryer but it would keep stopping before things were dry enough. This appliance just has a twist and go timer, putting you in control.

OK tumble dryer, basic functions. Have to dry longer than recommended though. Also not that cheap to run

Awful product. First one recalled, 2nd one had same issue so sent it back, but ao were fantastic, absolutely no hassle at all to swap to a different brand and delivery the next day with collection of old one

wanted something simple to replace my dryer with it being broke..noisy drum..delivery great ,put it on extremly noisy,let it settle in the manual said..still stayed the same but due to house of covid have not been able to sort out yet..have called to explain tho and they were great x

It's a nice dryer little noisey thou and the water tank you have to empty is literally at the bottom of the machine so if you struggle to bend do not buy this

Noisy, carry’s on when the water is full on cold, only 1 temp unless the water is full then it goes cold.
