The first time I bought an Indesit was in 1971 and I couldn't fault it. Since then I've had a few makes but not been entirely happy. This time I thought I'd try another Indesit and it has proven that since 1973 they still make durable and easy to use appliances designed to last. This tumble dryer worked well from the moment it was plugged in. It not only looks good it works perfectly. It does what it says on the box. I have dried laundry straight out of the Indesit washing machine or off the line with a little dampness still. It dries everything. Its easy to clean, the fluff filter is easy to open and close and the water container is easy to get out and empty even for a pensioner with dodgy hands. Only one small gripe. The instruction book is not as clear as it could be. I had to look on the appliance to work out how to use it but its really simple once you know. I had one washing machine I never worked out so only ever used one programme.

This Indesit tumble dryer was exactly what we needed to cope with the extra washing associated with a new baby. The instructions are clear and easy to understand. The collection reservoir is very robust as is the filter and both of these are easy to empty and replace. The machine itself is not too heavy, as such it was easy to manoeuvre into position. We particularly liked the range of programmes , hotter cycles for cotton as well as cooler ones for more delicate items or if you just need to freshen things up. It is also possible to dry for just 5 or 10 minutes which is so useful when we're trying to save energy and therefore money on the bills. I would definitely recommend this item.

This is the first Condenser I’ve ever bought, having always gone for the vented varieties . Being disabled the Indesit solved my problem with emptying of the water drip tray is at the top of the dryer ( no bending down). This dryer is efficient with two heats that more than satisfied my drying demands. It is a nice piece of furniture that fits in well with my other white goods . It has a B rating for energy efficiency which is another box ticked when choosing your next tumble dryer.

Not good- runs at a really high temp even on the lower temp setting. Can only set the dial for a time length, not a different setting depending on the clothes. And it heats the room up massively and creates loads of condensation.

A simple and straightforward condenser dryer. I try to dry washing outside whenever possible but there are times when a tumble dryer is needed. I particularly like the simplicity of this model, which can be set for as short or long time as needed, rather than complicated pre-set programmes which often take far too long and use more electricity. The water tank at the top of the machine is also a good feature, particularly for those of us with mobility limitations.

Awful product. First one recalled, 2nd one had same issue so sent it back, but ao were fantastic, absolutely no hassle at all to swap to a different brand and delivery the next day with collection of old one

I was going to this product 4 stars but after just 1 week it has broken. Absolute waste of money and would not recommend to anyone

Purchased online 21.01.2022. Died 02.10.2023. I don't think that a life-span of under 2 years can count as good value for money!
