Not good- runs at a really high temp even on the lower temp setting. Can only set the dial for a time length, not a different setting depending on the clothes. And it heats the room up massively and creates loads of condensation.

Product good however delivery men did not take away old appliance as was on the delivery slip nor did he unpack the new appliance so in one respect good the other nil

Faulty item received as the drum spun but there was no heat output. The elevated location of the water tank was great but the full tank light was permanently illuminated even though it was empty. Appliance also had non-adjustable plastic feet which meant that the unit was slightly wobbly. Not recommended.

To be honest not happy machine is bagging on delivery faulty brand new machine

Water leaking from the bottom of the machine after less than 1 month of owning it.

I was going to this product 4 stars but after just 1 week it has broken. Absolute waste of money and would not recommend to anyone

Dryer worked well for a couple of weeks then blew the fuse in the plug. I changed the fuse, got it going again but only for one cycle as it decide to stop again. Waiting for an engineer to come & look at it. Google has also lots of solutions to this but I don’t think this should happen within 2 weeks.
