Excellent fridge freezer, it's a brand name I know and trust. The fridge is spacious. light and easy to load, reach and take out. Freezer is perfect size for a smaller amount as it's a 60/40 split. Perfect for the regular use frozen food; bread, veg and the like. All in all a very good all-round product which was easy to order and purchase and was easy to have delivered by a.o. with helpful delivery people. Many thanks and highly recommended.

This fridge freezer is spacious and quiet. However, as ao.com do not offer a door reversal service, I sought out all information I could about how to do this myself. The Hoover website said that the doors are 'easily reversible' and provide a video, and step-by-step pictures in a model-specific manual (so appallingly-translated that it is nonsensical in places) on how to do it. Neither the video nor manual mentioned anything about the wires which are present in the top right hinge. As I couldn't risk damaging the wiring, I had to call a Hoover engineer to do the work at a cost to me of £72.50. What a scam! Factor in this cost and hassle if you choose to buy this model.

I am over the moon with my new fridge freezer so much more space

Huge amount of space inside. Have had it a few weeks and not a sign of frost anywhere. Fresh vegetables seem to last longer too. Only potential downsides are that it seems noisier than my last fridge but I think I'm just not used to it. And the veg drawer is one big one instead of two small ones so can get a bit heavy. Not enough to take off a star though. My one came with an EU plug which was annoying but AO were good sorting it out after a phone call. It also wasn't branded Hoover, it has a Candy logo, but otherwise exactly as described.

It's good. As others say, it's odd the drawer pulls are at the bottom of the drawers. But very spacious and seems to be working well after a week's use. The doors are reversible which really wasn't clear in the manual online.

Very impressed, lots of space in the fridge I like the ability to move the door organisers around. Freezer drawers are good and deep.

Excellent purchase. This fridge freezer has lots of space and has provided exactly the facility we required. Four shelves a crisper, door storage that can be adjusted. The shelf heights can also be re-adjusted, unlike many other similarly priced fridge freezers. The load capacity in the freezer compartment is provided by three deep drawers. Volume of space in the freezer is, again, better than the majority of similarly priced fridge freezers. So glad to have bought this item.
