    Don’t buy this

    1/5
Absolutely do not buy this oven I bought it in November 2020. It has always burnt things on the outside and not cooked through in the middle. So baking which I used to love has been a disaster. Last week it stopped working and because it’s over a year old hoover want to charge me a small fortune to get it fixed. Not what you expect for something that isn’t even 2 years old. AO customer service very good.

    Disappointing

    1/5
This oven was disappointing. First oven arrived broken. It was quickly and efficiently replaced by AO but the fan was excessively loud and after being replaced twice we finally replaced it with an AEG oven which is great. The service received throughout from AO and Hoover has been brilliant.

    Disappointed.

Very disappointed with this oven. It takes a long time to pre heat and to cook food. It looks cheap in appearance with poor quality materials used. The insides of the top oven scratched the first time I slid the grill pan in.

    How do i change oven??

    1/5
Horrible rattling noise behind the control panel the minute I turned it on and it constantly blasts cold air at you out the front of the top oven/grill even if you only have the main oven on (at face level which is even more annoying... is this happening with everyone else??). At the same time a whaling sound is constantly coming from this expulsion of cold air which is driving me crazy. Engineer visit hasn't rectified the noise or air problem and I'm still waiting on AO getting back to me despite saying they would call back. AND I told them it was £50 cheaper at Currys, no mention of giving me back money on their Price Match Gaurantee despite being within the specified dates and they lowered their online price that night! Not happy at all!!!

    Disappointed.

    2/5
Very disappointed, Oven has just been delivered, only to find the rubber seals on both ovens are only held on by the corners, the rest are hanging free. I have tried pushing them on, but to no avail. Now I have to ring the manufacturers to sort it out myself, at my own cost, of money and time, which I do not expect to have to do when I have only just taken delivery. Also, I am not happy that both ovens do not have lateral wire grids, so the grill pan scrapes along the enamel lugs poking out from the sides, which has already caused scrape marks on the enamel after pushing it in and out about 10 times. I dread to think what it is going to be like after a few months of wear. All I will get will be metal screeching on metal, not quite what I had in mind. Apart from these problems it looks like a nice cooker, but I wish I had spent a bit more money now and got something of better quality. It's true what they say, you only get what you pay for. That being said, I have had good service from AO and the delivery was great.

    Cooks fine, but other shortcomings

    2/5
No problems with any of the cooking settings so far, but the buzzer is useless, 15 seconds and almost inaudible unless you're in the kitchen and the shelves bow alarmingly when anything remotely heavy is placed on them. Doesn't fill me with confidence that it's built to last.

    Bad design feature.

    3/5
Basically a good cooker but spoiled by some silly design faults, it is very difficult to set an accurate temperature, from 50 degrees to 100 then to 150 then 200, the graduations are 12.5 degrees !! then from 200 to 250 the graduations are 10 degrees. All the graduations should be 10 degrees. Had we been aware of this fault we would not have bought this machine.
