Had the oven for 6 months now and ever since we have had it we have had problems. It doesn't seem to hold the heat and everything you cook needs to be cooked longer than is required. It also leaves brown water under it when I finish cooking which doesn't seem right I have had an ao engineer out to look at it and he couldn't understand the problem so has sent it to the technical team for advise but this was over a week ago and I've not heard anything since. Just read there was a previous review with this fault also so mines not the only one.

Electrician refused to wire this oven due to the face that the Live feed and the neutral where not marked on the Oven terminal block. Ask Hoover and supplied them with a photo, the reply is still outstanding.

This was bought as an under the counter oven, but as the two ovens are different sizes its not easy to access. The bottom oven not reaching right temperature and so everything is taking longer than it should.... not the best.

This is not the correct specification. I've just had the oven delivered and it has one oven sized 40L and one sized 37L - not two at 42L as it was described online and as I was expecting.

Nice and big but noisy, and not compatible with gas hobs - the size and shape mean there is insufficient space to fit a gas hob (mine is a Hoover hob). Regarding the noise - had mine running for a week and waiting for an engineer to confirm it is not working before I am able to return it.

We've had the oven 4 months now. The main oven is a bit small meaning you can't get 2 shelves in at the same time, the temperature comes up a bit cool and the alarm is really quiet. The fan oven works fine but when we try to use the conventional oven setting it shorts out the power after about 20 minutes and we have to wait 30 mins to reset it to continue cooking. Four months in and I'm still waiting for Hoover to sort it out for us. I wouldn't get a Hoover appliance again based on this experience.

Picked this oven online in a rush as our old one suddenly went kaput and needed one urgently. H-OVEN basially ok but wished bottom oven bigger and top one smaller. Wish it had on on light (not just light when heating) also wish timer "bell" was louder and another shelf would have been useful (only 2 provided). Does all cooking as you would expect

Tiny oven compartments which you can only really fit one try in each. Otherwise works fine
