We purchased the Hoover 9KG heat pump tumble dryer based on its rating and efficiency . We also have the Hoover H-dry washing machine (10KG) and have not had any issues with it and it does what it is supposed to do quietly and efficiently. The item was also competitively priced compared to similarly rated products.

It’s a great tumble dryer but it takes a while to get used to the fact that the different programmes actually do different things and to get dry items you do need to pick the right setting. Once you figure out the right setting it’s great and if anything, is a little quicker than my old tumble dryer (vented).

So many options for drying I haven’t tried them all yet. I like the water container in the door. It’s quite noisy though

I've used the machine for a few rainy weeks now and it's very good, although the cycle times are very long, some are 3.5 hours long, so it's not great if you've got a lot of laundry to get through

Being running this for a month. Instructions arnt the best. Not sure if it is sensitive to load size and adjusts the run time or not. When it is finished - the items don’t appear none dry, but after a shake they are dry enough to air dry once folded. Maybe we are just not using the settings correctly. It’s a bit louder than our old one. We are using the wool mode which seems to work really well. So that’s a plus. I think if there was a more comprehensive set of step by step instructions to make sense of all of the options I would rate it a 5.

Great tumble drier, love the clear water tank as a visual reminder. Large capacity which is great for this family of 5.

Seams like a good dryer. Has a fancy look to it. Tho the controls are quite confusing. It being a heat pump it does take a long time normally 2-3hrs. To dry stuff.

Very good product and value for money.
