    NOT GOOD

    1/5
I can't think of anything good to say about this dryer and I wish I had stuck with a conventional tumble dryer. When I dry clothes I want to transfer a load from my washing machine to my dryer, set it for one hour, then remove the dry clothes. Nice and simple and reliable. Not with this heat pump powered machine. First, you have to work out which one of the fourteen programmes to use and then determine which one of the five drying options are available. Then you have to decide which one to use. Then you have to refer to the chart to see what weight of clothes can be dried using your chosen programme. I thought that a 9kg tumble dryer would accept a 9kg full load. However, few of the programmes can be run with anywhere near 9kg loads with some only accepting 4kg or lower loads. The drying times are horrendous and if you had a large family that required a lot of clothes, bedding and towels to be washed and dried then this dryer could be constantly running all day. The two lint filters are very awkward to open up to enable cleaning. I put six cotton t-shirts and four tea towels into the dryer and after three hours and forty minutes they were still damp. My conventional vented dryer would have had them bone dry in less than one hour. The incredibly long drying times lead me to believe that there are no power consumption savings to be made by me. In summary I found this dryer over complicated, awkward to use, time consuming, and to have poor drying performance. Before buying I would advise you to download and read the User Manual in order to comprehend the complexity of the machine, the reduced load capacity of most of the programmes, and the incredibly long drying times that are required.

    Avoid this machine

I had read the reviews and was ultimately swayed by the fact the 5 and 4 star reviews far out numbered the 1 star reviews but the 1 star reviews really are very valid. The machine takes an absolute age to dry anything and I mean anything. I have serious doubts that an A++ efficient machine that is 5 times cheaper to run than a conventional vented machine ultimately works out to be cheaper to run when it takes 6 times longer to dry everything. There were days when the machine was on for 12 hours solid with just one load! It cannot keep up with the several loads of washing per day needs of a family. Had to send it back and return to a vented machine.

Looks nice, sadly doesn't dry clothes.

I don't usually write reviews, but this product is so poor that I can't help trying to prevent anyone else making the same mistake as me. Plus point is the door-mounted water collection, which is a clever idea, and also AO.com which is an excellent site with top notch service. Minus points for poorly made electronic buttons that need to be pressed three or four times to respond, ridiculously complex selection of settings, many of which don't then allow you to adjust heat or time length and all of which are represented by pictures chosen at random, so you have to constantly cross reference the instruction manual to turn it on. However the big issue with this dryer is that it doesn't dry your clothes. None of the 20 or so settings for things like 'jeans that have a back pocket and you bought on a Tuesday' actually result in the laundry emerging from the dryer physically dry. On the highest heat setting and the longest cycle, a normal batch of laundry comes out damp to the touch but more or less dry if you don't want to wear it for a few days. If you're talking about something like bedsheets, forget it. I just put a set of sheets on the XXL setting (specially for bedsheets!) at the highest heat setting. After 3.5 hours in the dryer they came out honestly as wet as they went in. No wonder it's so energy efficient! I can only assume that the good reviews on here come from people who review the product when it comes out of the box. If you are someone who likes to spend hours getting creative with tumble drying options, and then have to dry the clothes two or three times per load, and has some other way to dry bedsheets, this is for you. If you just want a machine to dry your laundry, there's a lot of choice out there, so do yourself a favour and look elsewhere.

    Forget It..!!!!

Don't bother... Mine is little more than useless. It doesn't dry anywhere near like it should. It doesn't reverse tumble so It rolls the items into a great big ball that will never dry. It runs for hours then ends the THREE hour program with everything still damp so it has to be restarted.

    Not Fit For Purpose

Very disappointed with the performance of this machine. On paper it sounds great, but doesn't live up to the promises. It says that it has an "Anti-Crease" function, reversing the drum during the cycle, but it does not! It only tumbles clockwise, so expect you trousers legs and shirt arms to be tied or twisted together and need rewashed never mind ironed. Duvet covers just ball up, the program ends and you open the machine to a tight steaming ball. After several attempts at a duvet cover we've given up and hang them on radiators. We went for this product based on the brand name and advertised functionality, but to be honest the machine it replaced (RIP) was half the price and twice as good!

    AVOID.

Smart features not working. Tried three different phones and wifi is set at 2.4Ghz. But that's the smallest issue, it took more than 6 HOURS to dry one towel. Same amount of time to do king sizes duvet cover, mattress cover and pillow case and they still weren't bone dry. You're not meant to run tumble dryers when out of the house but who can stay in to restart the dryer (longest program is 4 hours). This thing is not fit for purpose. But if I return it, I lose hundreds of pounds. So upset about this.

    A Bad Choice.

This is possibly the worst tumble dryer we have ever owned. Long drying programs and clothes that are not always completely dry. We have read the instructions over and over again and tried many programs. We are stuck with it now unfortunately. We may even sell it at a loss and buy a vented machine.

    Takes to long to dry

    1/5
Very disappointed with this tumble dryer it takes an average 3-4 hours to dry 1 load the longest time taken was 5 hours. My old vented tumble dryer took and hour tops sometimes 45 mins to dry a complete load. I regret not getting another vented machine
