Firstly. The photos on this listing showed a white door. It looks like they have swindle been updated. The product arrived with a plastic chrome effect door and it looks quite cheap. The tumble dryer randomly turns off mid cycle, as has been reported in other reviews. It’s not great, it looks cheap, the controls are confusing and it’s a pain to use to get things remotely dry. I wouldn’t recommend it. Not worth the money.

Excellent product, drys the clothes really well and switches off when done, easy to empty the water from the door and to clean the filter

Easy to install with a drain tube so not always emptying the water. Really nice double filter to catch all the fluff. Not sure on energy efficiency yet but drying times are shorter than we are used to so very promising. Really please we made the jump to heat pump.

Very very happy with my purchase. The Hoover H-Dry Heat Pump Condenser Tumble Dryer is an absolute dream. Every load that I have popped into it, has come out 100% dry. Drum size is big, the program variation is super, and lastly it is fairly quiet for a tumble dyer. You will not be disappointed. It is pricer, but the A++ energy rating helps with reduced electrical consumption.

Has really reduced energy consumption

Good sized machine. We want to use it sparingly so the great energy rating is a bonus. While running it is stable and doesn't bounce around is great. The only reason I didn't give this 5 stars is because the Wifi enabled feature only works on a 2.4ghz frequency...mine is a mix so it won't get picked up without me changing my whole router setup. I know...first world issues.

I love it! After having a condenser for 8 years I was skeptical about a heat pump but I was drawn to the fact it’s an A+ energy rating. This has a massive drum, fits so much in, a variety of programmes and so easy to empty the filter and water tank. It’s really handy to see the water level in the door too. Drying takes a little longer but with the use of dryer balls, clothes are less affected by the drying process. This dryer is reasonably priced too. Really happy with our new dryer!

It dries slower being a heat pump but the clothes are dry at the end of the cycle and it is cheaper to run
