You’ve got to read the instructions on first use, but once you find the correct program it does the job perfectly. It also does your electric bill a favour as well.

Tidy tumble drier that dries clothes nicely and easy to clean. It's pretty noisy and the water tank design is poor - fiddly to fit and easily broken. Hoover repeatedly contacted me to try and sell accidental damage cover after registering, which I did not like at all.

Quality product but takes a long time to do a drying cycle, give yourself at least 4 hours to dry a load..

Having just purchased the Heat Pump drier as we are looking to reduce our electricity consumption by replacing our vented tumble drier and so far so good. Very please with the purchase and through AO was straight forward and kept us informed of the delivery Well done AO.

Our old condenser failed. We went for the heat pump dryer knowing it would take longer to dry clothes but hoped for electricity savings. I cannot praise the low running cost enough. We can dry a full load of towels for under 1.2kw of electricity. The condenser was using more than double this. Saving more than 60p per load. Still working out the more economical dryer programmes. If you are someone that tumbles your clothes to wear them straight away its probably not for you. 2.5-3 hour drying times. The filter system is easy to clean and water tank is very handily place in the door. I am planning to plumb the constant water drain hose.

Takes a fairly long time to dry clothes. Quite noisy. Some of the buttons and settings are not that responsive.
