Doesn’t dry as well has my old dryer. Towels still damp after a 3 hour cycle even with extra dry program.

We were very cautious about choosing the heat pump tumble dryer but we are very please with the dryer and would recommend to anyone cheers??

Don’t normally leave reviews but so impressed with this dryer. Replaced my 2018 vented 9kg Hoover dryer and is far superior. So far I’ve dried sheets on the XL cycle no rolling into a ball or creasing all came out perfect and ready to put away. Jeans same, towels soft and dry and mixed wash perfect. Haven’t managed to connect Wi-Fi yet but not too bothered. Front door water tank great and easy to empty as are fluff filters. I might connect to pipe so it doesn’t need emptying because you can, as in my experience Hoover doors do tend to be the one part that breaks. Other plus’s quieter, quicker and uses less electricity. Dryer in in my kitchen no condensation or window steaming and almost quiet enough to run while eating. Puzzled by bad reviews other than possibly not using correct cycle which was a little confusing but after reading manual makes sense. All in all huge upgrade and I’m very happy so far.

Easy to empty the water container, cleverly positioned inside the door. Good efficiency rating. Relatively quiet. Good range of drying programmes. Just one negative. Everything ends up inside the duvet covers, in a knot.

The dryer is remarkably quiet and efficient. If you want to make the most of it you need to study the instructions and use the correct program. So far it appears the automatic stop based on the moisture sensor is slightly off. The machine stops before the clothes are quite as dry as the program suggests. Even cupboard / wardrobe dry is ever so slightly damp. With electricity pricing as it is right now I’m happy with this conservative setting. The water collection container is inside the door and very easy to remove and re-fit compared to some drawer type systems. Overall very pleased with the design and function.

Not as loud as my old condenser dryer. Water reservoir in door much easier to empty and aesthetically pleasing! Transparent door useful to check contents without opening door. Hopefully will see reduction in energy costs over time to recoup purchase price. Will be trying out the Wi-Fi link when get round to downloading the app.

Really brilliant - was sceptical about switching due to the price but my husband convinced me... It's very efficient and tells you if things are dry before the cycle ends. Good size, instructions easy to read and follow. Bit nosier than I thought but not an issue really.

We were extremely pleased with our new tumble drier . First it is anA++ wth heat pump which is especially welcome in this time of of high rises in energy price Secondly it is much easier to work with my previous drier had the water collection container at floor level thus reaching at floor level for emptying which was a struggle at times to empty it whereas this drier collects the water inside the door which lifts in and out very easily. Thirdly Iwe have ever had a drier with the Wi-Fi option which we have downloaded onto our phones and it carefully describes all the available programmes giving the benefits you can operate it easily through the phone but I must admit that I like the normal manual option which works very well.
